I would like you all to meet this adorable little girl Lily Heseltine, who i am now going to help raise funds for all the essential things she needs, which you will read in the letter below which describes fully about Lily & Her needs.
I am truly honoured that i am able to help her and i am inspired after hearing how her Devoted parents Loraine & Craig are trying to raise the funds for Lily, as any parent would do there upmost to give there child a happy life which is more difficult when your child has great needs like Lily.
Lily is now one of the nominated charities which i will be raising as much money as possible for along with The Parkinson's Disease Society,& Stamp Revisited.
There will be a lot of forthcoming events over the next few months to try and raise money for the above charities, and i will keep you all informed on when they will be taking please and i do hope you all will be able to come along and give support, as you all have always given 100% support on past events & they have always been a great success.
I will be placing more information on this page about Lily as i recieve it and will keep you all updated.
I hope to arrange an event were you can all meet Lily and i think you all will agree with me,
Lily is just so adorable.
Lily Heseltine
Lily Heseltine is now 4 and half years old and is adorable. When Lily was born, she was 10 weeks premature and as a consequence she has numerous disabilities. She is partially sighted, has Cerebral Palsy and she is also Autistic. Lily has Bilateral optic disc hyperplasia, marked lumber spine lordosis, increased muscle tone in her legs, hyperextension of the knees and an antira tilt of the pelvis. Lily has speech problems and also is very nervous around new surroundings and loud everyday noises. She needs constant care from her family (Help with feeding, Toilet needs, Getting Dressed and Mobility in and out of the home)Lily is currently wearing a body suit called a second skin to help with her posture and walking but as she grows, she will need more and more suits and these suits costly Lily needs 2 of these suits each year. She also has to wear Piedro boots to aid her in walking, These boots also are very costly these items and other items Lily will be needing, is a strain on Lily's Parents, Lorraine & Craig, as they are finding very difficult to fund them. As Lily grows she will need various medical equipment to help her try and lead as normal life as possible, as this is what she deservesLily's parents are currently trying to raise money to fund these suits, boots and other things that Lily will need in the future.
Lily Is a lovely little girl who doesn't let her disabilities get her down. Although she finds it difficult to co-operate with other children her age she still attempts to Sing, Dance and do what every other little girl her age likes to do.
I aim to raise as much money as possible to help Lily's fund, So any help you are able to give to try increase the fund, would be greatly appreciated.
